Telesales Executives – Up to £22k plus Benefits

This is an important role for someone passionate about driving the growth of Managed Hosting services, server infrastructure, networks and security. We pride ourselves on our team spirit, great products, and excellent customer service.

Our sales team is currently planning exponential growth across our range of Managed Hosting products, so we need effective, focused and ambitious Telesales Executives to lead the way.

£18,000 – £22,000 basic salary based on skills and experience with OTE up to £45,000 (uncapped with commission accelerators)

Core Job Functions:

  • Contacting potential customers on a daily basis to sell the Webfusion product range, with a focus on Dedicated Servers and Managed Hosting.
  • Perform high levels of outbound calling (~80 calls a day) to ensure contact is made with at least 20 decision makers.
  • Manage and fully engage contact and account lists, to up/sell Webfusion.
  • Find and qualify opportunities to build an accurate and sustainable pipeline.
  • To identify, cold call and promote Webfusion’s range of products and services  on your own, as well as part of focused marketing campaigns.To liaise with the customer and technical teams and assist in building profitable managed hosting solutions
  • Guiding the customer to discover their needs/ business needs and offer the best solution to ensure these are fulfilled
  • Going the ‘Extra mile’ to deliver to the customer in a professional manner, building lasting relationships based on trust and integrity
  • To ensure that prospects and customer information are recorded accurately in CRM tool
  • To achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience working in a heavily phone-calling environment i.e. telesales, contact centre etc.
  • Customer relationship experience
  • Technical awareness (specifically hardware, security, storage, networks, hosting would be hugely beneficial).
  • An established track record of consistent achievement against targets
  • Administration skills
